The short darners needles No. 11 have a sharp tip and a big eye to accommodate wool yarn. They are ideal for all types of darning work on light fabrics such as batiste, poplin, voile or chiffon. Pouch of 15 needles. Darning consists in making a hole disappear by intertwining threads, which will fill up the surface by re-meshing the fabric. Our short darners needles have a longer eye which makes it easier to thread darning yarn (which is thicker) through. They are ideal for darning wool and cotton. Made in France in our factory, from nickel-plated steel, our needles go through 27 manufacturing stages, which guarantees an incomparable slide and an irreproachable tip.
The numbering corresponds to the size of each needle, No. 3/0 being the longest and thickest one, and No. 11 the shortest and thinnest one of the series.
